Refund Policy

Refunds, cancelations and abandonments

A full refund can/will be issued within 24 hours of order placement for any reason. After 24 hours, refund will be issued or not issued by Soy to the World candles by Emily. If you request a refund after 24 hours please send a detailed message to soytotheworldcandlesbyemilyllc@yahoo.com for pending approval and reason for request.

Abandonments

Any order not picked up within 2 weeks of order PLACEMENT will be surrendered with no refund subject to Soy to the World's discretion unless we have communicated otherwise.

Soy to the World candles by Emily LLC is not responsible or liable for misuse of product including: failure to follow recommendations for safety. All items are use at your own risk.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Trim wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting/relighting

Do NOT leave candle unattended at anytime

Keep all fire away from children

Do not burn candle for more than 4 hours at a time

Do not burn on or around flamable materials
